About the custom-made procedure

Book & Visit

First of all, please feel free to visit our store or contact us for more information. We recommend that you make an online reservation on our website or call us at 03-3418-7008 to make an appointment so that you can take your time and consider your options. Click here for online reservation
Step 1

Consultation

When you visit our store, we will listen to your wishes and thoughts. We will discuss the design image with you, making proposals that only a specialty store can make and discussing your budget with you.
Step 2

Design

Once the image of the design is determined in the consultation, we will take about 10 days to create a design drawing and provide you with a quotation, We will then provide you with an estimate. We will create a design drawing and estimate free of charge.
Step 3

Jewelry Making

Once the design is finalized, it will take about 1-2 months to complete, After the design is decided, it will be handmade by our craftsmen in about 1 to 2 months. All the processes are done consistently in our atelier, If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Step 4

Delivery

It takes about 2 months from the first visit to complete the process. After the customer visits the store for a fitting, the jewelry is placed in an original jewelry case and delivered to the customer.
Step 5

After-sales service

We will be responsible for the maintenance (repair and resurfacing) of the jewelry after it is handed over to the customer for many years. After-sales service

If you wish to have after-sales service, please bring the jewelry only as it is.

Please allow 3 weeks for us to receive your order, and all the work will be handled by our atelier's craftsmen.

Depending on the nature of the repair, a fee may be charged after the estimate is made.
