Turn your stones into a casual ring

A loose stone in pale pink. The Fukurin clasp around the stone makes it easy to use in daily life.

Step 1

Consultation

When you visit our store, we will listen to your wishes and thoughts. We will discuss the design image with you, making proposals that only a specialty store can make and discussing your budget with you.

Step 2

Design

Once the image of the design is determined in the consultation, we will take about 10 days to create a design drawing and provide you with a quotation, We will then provide you with an estimate. We will create a design drawing and estimate free of charge.

Step 3

Jewelry Making

Once the design is finalized, it will take about 1-2 months to complete, After the design is decided, it will be handmade by our craftsmen in about 1 to 2 months. All the processes are done consistently in our atelier, If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Step 4

Delivery

It takes about 2 months from the first visit to complete the process. After the customer visits the store for a fitting, the jewelry is placed in an original jewelry case and delivered to the customer.

Step 5

After-sales service

We will be responsible for the maintenance (repair and resurfacing) of the jewelry after it is handed over to the customer for many years. Repair Charges

Resizing a ring

Adjust the size of rings that have become loose or no longer fit on your finger.

Jewelry refinishing and plating

Rings, necklaces, and other items that have suffered minor scratches from use can be polished and made to look like new. We can also correct distortions in rings, and perform plating, etc.

Necklace chain repair

Reconnect broken chains, replace metal fittings, adjust chain lengths, etc.

Repair of necklace and bracelet thread change

Thread change, cleaning, and hardware (clasp) replacement for pearl and natural stone necklaces and bracelets.

Replacement of earring and piercing fittings

Repair or replacement of broken earring/piercing hardware, bonding of removed pearls, etc., and replacement of hardware from earrings to pierced earrings.

Stone re-fastening, stone addition, stone identification

We can re-fasten loose stones, add stones that have fallen off, and have your stones authenticated and certified.

The basic turnaround time for repairs is approximately 3 weeks. Please note that it may take longer than 3 weeks depending on the need to purchase additional metal fittings, the nature of the repair, and other factors.

Remodeling Pricing

The fee for jewelry reform is calculated by subtracting the "trade-in value of the precious metal" you bring in from the "difficulty of processing" + "amount of precious metal used" + "cost of stones, etc. to be added.
