Budget and Payment
In the past, engagement rings were often seen as a symbol of financial status, and it was common to hear phrases like "three months' salary."
However, these days, many couples choose styles that reflect their own values and preferences.
At our store, the average budget for a custom-made engagement ring typically ranges from ¥300,000 to ¥500,000.
Our custom-made engagement rings are created in the true sense of the word “bespoke,” meaning they are tailored entirely to your preferences—including your budget.
As such, they are not necessarily more expensive than ready-made pieces from specialty stores or brand-name jewelry.
Please feel free to share your budget with us so we can work together to create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind engagement ring just for you.
For a select order wedding band, the price is 92,400 yen (including tax) for K18YG.
Although it varies depending on the material, our average budget is about 90,000-150,000 yen per piece, or 180,000-300,000 yen for a pair.
When the design is finalized, we require a deposit of at least ¥50,000. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of the finished product.
Payments can be made in-store by cash or credit card. Alternatively, you may pay by bank transfer prior to receiving your item. For international orders, online payment is also available.
In general, we will provide you with an estimate at the time we receive your item.
If the repair requires confirmation from a craftsman or special materials need to be ordered, we may first take in the item and provide the estimate at a later date.
Repairs will only proceed once you have approved the cost, so please rest assured.

Materials
Absolutely. Many couples opt for matching designs in different metals—such as rose gold for the bride and white gold for the groom.
While white gold is typically rhodium-plated to enhance its brightness, our atelier uses a custom alloy that naturally achieves a soft white hue without the need for plating. This gives the metal a warmer, more subdued tone compared to platinum.
Of course, rhodium plating is also available upon request—simply let us know your preference.
Champagne gold is a soft, gentle shade that sits between white gold and yellow gold. It has a subtle yellow tone and is popular for its elegant and understated look—perfect for those who find yellow gold a bit too bold.
Lime gold, on the other hand, has a cool, slightly greenish-yellow hue. It offers a modern and distinctive impression, making it a great choice for those who prefer a stylish and unique aesthetic.
We offer custom-made pieces using platinum, K18 gold (available in yellow, rose, white, champagne, and lime), and silver.
One of the main differences lies in the properties of the metal itself. Platinum has a much higher melting point and is more malleable compared to white gold. This makes it particularly well-suited for delicate settings, such as the fine prongs used to hold diamonds securely in place.
That said, both platinum and white gold offer excellent overall durability for everyday wear as a wedding ring.
In terms of color, unplated white gold tends to have a slightly darker, softer white tone compared to platinum. While white gold is typically coated with rhodium to achieve a bright white finish, our atelier uses a custom alloy that naturally produces a white appearance without the need for rhodium plating.
We do not offer services that involve melting down your existing jewelry to create a new piece. However, if you are having a ring redesigned or remodeled, we can take back the original metal if you wish—please feel free to consult us for details.
Diamonds and Gemstones
The price of a diamond varies depending on its size and grade. Generally, people tend to choose diamonds in the 0.2 to 0.5 carat range. While the price can vary depending on the diamond’s grade, a 0.2ct diamond typically costs around ¥100,000, and a 0.3ct diamond around ¥250,000.
Even with the same budget, we can help you decide whether to prioritize size or quality, depending on your preferences. We’ll guide you through the process to help you find the diamond that’s right for you.

Yes, absolutely—we can create a custom engagement ring using the diamond from your mother’s ring. More and more people are choosing to repurpose family heirlooms to add meaningful history to their own rings. In Europe, where jewelry traditions are especially rich, it’s common for engagement rings to be passed down through generations.
If you wish, we can also take in the metal from the original ring and deduct its value from the cost of the new piece.
All graded diamonds purchased from our store come with a complimentary certificate. We use Japan’s two leading gemological laboratories: the Central Gem Laboratory (CGL) or AGT Gem Laboratory (GIA Japan).
Yes, absolutely—that’s possible. We can help you find a loose stone that fits both your preferences and your budget. We also have a selection of loose stones available in-store, personally sourced by our founder from overseas. Please feel free to ask our staff anytime.
Yes, we do. If you're unsure about the type of gemstone you have, we can have it identified by a certified gemological laboratory before any work is done. We can also arrange for a certificate to be issued. For more details, please feel free to speak with our staff.
Design
About half of our customers who have engagement rings made at our store are men who come alone. Even if you do not have a clear design in mind, our experienced staff will be happy to discuss it with you. We would like you to visit our store first to see the samples in the store.
The biggest problem when making a surprise engagement ring is how to measure the ring size, but everyone has their own ideas, and we can help you in many ways if you consult with us.

While many couples choose matching designs for their wedding rings, it’s quite common for partners to select different styles—especially if one design doesn’t suit one person’s preferences or lifestyle, such as needing a simpler ring for work.
At our store, we can also customize the rings to better fit each individual. For example, one ring can be made wider or thicker for a more substantial look. Even with the same basic design, we can enhance one ring with more intricate details, different metals, or the addition of gemstones.
Please feel free to share any requests or ideas you have—we’re happy to help create rings that perfectly suit both of you.
Unlike typical jewelry retailers, our store specializes exclusively in custom-made jewelry. We create pieces tailored specifically to your preferences and budget.
Even if you’re unsure about your style or don’t know what kind of jewelry suits you, we welcome that as part of your request. By learning about your personal style, age, lifestyle, and how you plan to wear the jewelry, we’ll work together to design something uniquely yours.
Please feel free to visit us and share not only your requests but also any concerns or questions you have about jewelry. Our staff is here to help.
Repair
We typically require about three weeks to complete repairs. Please note that it may take longer if special materials or fittings need to be sourced, or if the repair involves complex processing.

Please note that shipping costs to our store are the responsibility of the customer. We offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your repaired item. If the same area requires repair again during this period, we will fix it free of charge.
Please note that certain chain types—such as Venetian, ball, or rope chains—are more prone to stress after repair due to their structure. To help prevent further damage, we recommend removing the necklace when sleeping or during activities that may place strain on it.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to perform repairs that require welding or polishing on titanium or stainless steel. These metals have significantly different melting points and hardness compared to precious metals, which makes such repairs difficult to carry out safely.
While we take the utmost care in all repair and processing work, there is always a small risk of damage during handling.
In rare cases, especially with softer gemstones such as emeralds or opals, the stone itself may break even under normal procedures depending on its condition.
We sincerely apologize, but in such cases, we are unable to offer compensation or replacement. We kindly ask for your understanding of these risks when entrusting your item to us for repair.
Care and Maintenance
Diamonds are known for their “eternal sparkle,” and they don’t lose their brilliance over time. However, because they naturally attract oils, the surface can become dull due to a buildup of sebum or other debris with regular wear. If this happens, a simple cleaning can help restore their original sparkle.
To clean your diamond at home, mix a mild detergent with lukewarm water and gently brush the stone. Rinse thoroughly under running water, then pat dry with a soft, clean cloth.
If you have time, feel free to bring your jewelry to our store. We offer complimentary in-store cleaning at any time—no appointment necessary.

Pearls are delicate gemstones made of natural organic material. They are sensitive to dryness, acids, and cosmetic products. To keep them looking beautiful, especially after wearing them on a hot day, gently wipe them with a special pearl-cleaning cloth to remove sweat and dust. A soft towel can also be used. When wiping a necklace, be careful not to pull on the strand—simply glide the cloth over the pearls. It’s also a good idea to wipe the metal clasp at the same time, as many clasps are made of silver and can tarnish over time due to sweat and moisture.
Even if the pearls appear dirty, avoid washing them with tap water, as it may damage their surface.
If you’re concerned about dirt or buildup, feel free to bring your necklace to us. Cleaning is available, though it will require the strand to be rethreaded.
If the necklace hasn’t been worn for a while, the silk thread may have weakened, so we recommend having it restrung. Visible gaps between the pearls are also a sign that the thread has stretched and needs replacing.

Care methods vary depending on the type of metal and gemstones used. To avoid damage, always handle your jewelry gently.
[Caring for Platinum and 18K Gold Jewelry]

[Caring for Silver Jewelry]
Use lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush to gently remove dirt. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
If the surface begins to tarnish, lightly polish it with a silver-specific polishing cloth.
Please be aware that silver can discolor in hot springs—always remove it beforehand.
If discoloration occurs, we recommend bringing it to our store for cleaning.
[Caring for Diamonds, Rubies, and Sapphires]
Clean with lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush, then dry thoroughly.
These gemstones are relatively resistant to heat and water but can be damaged by strong impacts, so please handle them with care.
[Caring for Emeralds, Moonstones, and Other Semi-Precious Stones]
Use lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush to gently clean the surface, then dry thoroughly.
These stones are softer and more delicate, so do not use ultrasonic cleaners, as they may crack or chip.
Avoid exposing them to strong impact.
